Where to watch fireworks in Suffolk 2018

Bonfire Night is just around the corner, so I’ve put together a list of where to watch fireworks in Suffolk in 2018.

Friday 2nd November

Bonfire Night at the Sorrel Horse
The Sorrel Horse in Shottisham hosts a popular bonfire night event each year. Join the team for a fantastic firework display, outside bar, pizza, bbq and live music.
The event begins at 6pm, there will be delicious pizza from the Gozney Pizza Oven and live music from local band Flaming Cheek.

Sproughton Community Bonfire and Fireworks
The Sproughton Community Bonfire and Fireworks takes place at Sproughton Tithe Barn and Courtyard on Friday.
At 7pm there will be a BBQ, the bonfire begins at 7:15pm and fireworks at 8pm. The entrance is by donation of £6 for adults and £3 for children (under 4’s go free).

Saturday 3rd November

Bury Round Table Fireworks Display
Head to the Abbey Gardens for a firework extravaganza on Saturday. There will be entertainment, fairground rides, food and drink stalls. Gates open at 5:30pm and the fireworks will be at 7:30pm. Tickets will be raising money for Suffolk Mind.

Heveningham Hall Fireworks
Gates open at Heveningham Hall at 4:30pm and visitors will be able to enjoy the lighting of the bonfire at 4:45pm. There will be a huge evening of entertainment with live music from Noisettes, One Night of Queen – Gary Mullen & the Works, The Vagaband and Black Kat Boppers.
The bonfire will set the scene for the spectacular firework display which will begin between 7 and 8pm depending on the timings of the night.

Ipswich Fireworks at Christchurch Park
The 2018 Christchurch Park fireworks will be the 47th annual display! The event will include live music, a funfair, bar and food stalls.
The musical firework display will be conducted by Alchemy Fireworks to a chart-topping soundtrack.
Gates open at 6pm with firework display at 8pm. Advance tickets and tickets on the gate are available.

Firework night Suffolk 2018

Framlingham Firework Spectacular
Shell Shock Fireworks will be providing a firework and pyrotechnics display on Saturday at Pageant Field.
There will be a bonfire and refreshments including mulled wine, Earl Soham Beer, Hall Farm Butchers hot dogs and burgers, candy floss and the Framlingham Guides will be providing hot soup and drinks. Advanced tickets and tickets on the gate are available. Arrive at 6pm and watch the bonfire being lit at 6:30pm. The fireworks will begin at 7:30pm.

Sunday 4th November

Delphi Firework Display
The Delphi Firework Display takes place at the Delphi Centre in Sudbury on Sunday. The event has free entry and begins at 5:30pm. The Phoenix Community Marchers will give the crowd an entertaining performance before the display at 6:30pm.
