Martha V’s autumn fashion preview evening

Last week I attended Martha V’s autumn/winter fashion preview evening at The Bedford Lodge Hotel and Spa in Newmarket.

This was the Newmarket boutique’s first independent fashion event and the aim was to reveal the new collections, as well as raise money for cancer charity Look Good Feel Better.

The glitzy event began with a glass of champagne and a look around some of the stalls. The hotel was full of fashionistas excitedly anticipating the show and dressed to the nines for the occasion.

The runway was filled with beautiful outfits from stockists Joseph Ribkoff, Marble, Robell and Frank Lyman. From cosy coats to sparkly occasion wear, there was something for everyone.

The show was slick, yet full of fun. All the models received big cheers from the crowd and were having a great time on the runway. It was lovely to see a diverse group of models, and some familiar faces from the Martha V team!

The catwalk showcased on-trend quilted jackets, classic white shirts, well-fitting jeans and mother-of-the-bride attire. The showstoppers were most definitely the evening gowns at the end which sparked the imagination ready for the Christmas parties ahead. I need to get updating my winter wardrobe!
