Sunset and Stars Campsite recently opened in Middleton, near Dunwich, to provide an off-grid camping adventure in Suffolk.
The site is wild and bespoke offering three large pitches which can be booked for small campervans and tents.
Inspired by the landscape around it, Sunset and Stars allows guests to get back to nature. Pitch your tent amongst the trees and then sit out under the stars with a firepit roaring away beside you. Guests are invited to pick fresh fruit from the orchard and can request salad and vegetables from the cottage garden (when in season).
The team at Sunset and Stars understand that convenience is paramount when you want to relax on holiday. The site has thought of everything to make your stay as easy as possible.
Shower and toilet facilities are available on site in a private block to access as and when you need, with hot showers or cool, whichever is required.
You can arrange bike hire to make the most of the local area. Head off to Dunwich, Minsmere and Aldeburgh, or explore the picturesque local villages of Middleton, Westleton and Theberton.
A Fire Pit and Food Night is a weekly event at the site if you wish to raise a glass with the onsite owners. This is bookable prior to arrival, at no extra cost, just bring your favourite drink and the owners will see to the rest.
If you’re looking to spend quality time with friends and family, away from the distractions of everyday life, then Sunset and Stars could be the destination for you. You could even hire the space for a gathering, party or special occasion – perhaps a wild wedding reception or small music festival!
