Suffolk spotlight on yoga

Sahasta Yoga and Sports Massage

Jacqui Sinclair has been working with massage patients since 1994 and yoga students in Bury St Edmunds full time since 2011. She is passionate about sharing the physical and mental health benefits of ease of movement – on and off the yoga mat or massage couch – in sport, activity and life.

Whilst the majority of students who participate in her yoga flow classes are recreational through to professional level athletes, she is keen to promote yoga for all.

Although Covid restrictions have meant that all her classes are currently on line, this has had the benefit of improving accessibility for some where time or geography had previously been an obstacle.

The SAHASTA schedule:

Mon 5.30pm Hatha Into Slow Flow (level 2)
Tues 5.45pm Hatha Into Slow Flow (level 2)
Tues 7.30pm Deep slow Vinyasa Flow (level 3)
Thurs 9.30am Slow Flow (level 2)
Thurs 7.00pm Beginners Intro the Flow (all levels inc complete beginners)
Fri 5.30pm Hatha Into Slow Flow (level 1-2)
Sat 9.30am Deep Slow Vinyasa Flow (level 3)

A regular home practice has helped many to cope with the restrictive physical and mental effects of lockdown – easing their way through, giving space to breathe and a decent night’s sleep.
