Go all out for your mum this Mother’s Day with this fabulous spa experience. This includes use of the amazing spa facilities for 2 hours. On arrival you will receive a tea or coffee and be given a towel, robe and slippers. Indulge in a 25 minute facial and an OPI file and polish. The experience is available Monday to Friday throughout March and on Mother’s Day for £60 per person.

Serenade for Mum at Orwell Hotel, Felixstowe – Wednesday 18th March

Head to the Orwell Hotel in Felixstowe to enjoy this beautiful pre-lunchtime concert featuring the internationally acclaimed soprano Christina Johnston with guest pianist Geoff Lavery. To finish off this visit, treat your mum to lunch at the hotel or even afternoon tea. Tickets are £12.

Mother’s Day Lunch and Tour at Glemham Hall – Sunday 22nd March

Glemham Hall will be opening its doors to provide you and your mum with the best experience for Mother’s Day. Major Phillip Hope-Cobbold will guide you around the tour, educating you on the Elizabethan building and talking in depth about its history. You will get to see the cellars and up to the untouched servants quarters in the attic. Then you can take a well deserved seat to enjoy a wonderful two course light lunch in the dining room at 1:30pm. Finish your day with a stroll around the beautiful gardens.

Mother’s Day Vintage Afternoon Tea at Helmingham Hall – Sunday 22nd March

Take a seat in the Coach House Tea Rooms to have a relaxing Mother’s Day vintage afternoon tea. There will be a wide range of delicious sandwiches, sweet treats, speciality teas and fair trade filtered coffee on offer. The Helmingham Hall gardens will be open from 11:30-4pm exclusively for afternoon tea guests.

Mother’s Day Lunch at The Swan at Lavenham – Sunday 22nd March

Sit down to lunch with your loved ones and enjoy this special lunch at the 15th Century Swan at Lavenham Hotel and Spa. The three course menu will be served in the elegant AA two rosette Gallery restaurant and the wonderful mums will receive a special gift. The menu has been created especially for Mother’s Day by The Swan’s head chef. Lunch is priced at £39.50 per person and £20 for children under 12, this price also includes the gift for mum.

Suffolk Food Hall Mother’s Day Breakfast and Lunch – Sunday 22nd March

Suffolk Food Hall will be hosting both a Mother’s Day breakfast and lunch. The Mother’s Day breakfast is perfect for the early rising mums and families. The restaurant will be opening at 8:30am and serving breakfast until 11:30am. Then lunch will be served 12:15pm with tables available until 6pm. The lunch is a 3 course set menu for £30 per person which is specially available on Mother’s Day.

Suffolk Philharmonic Orchestra Mother’s Day Family Concert, Ipswich – Sunday 22nd March

Enjoy a cultured afternoon of music, packed with classics performed by the Suffolk Philharmonic Orchestra at Ipswich Corn Exchange. Former BBC presenter Bill Turnbull will narrate the story of Peter and the Wolf, a wonderful musical tale for children including different instruments for different characters. This concert will also include Lisa Cassidy singing Vocalise by Rachmaniov and Antiques Roadshow trumpeter Crispian Steele-Perkins.

Celebrate Mother’s Day together and take a trip to Kentwell Hall. Enjoy looking around the magnificent Tudor house, stroll around the gardens, explore the woodland paths and even get a chance to see some newborn lambs. There will be a Mother’s Day menu available to honour the amazing mother in your family.
