About See Suffolk
As a former regional magazine editor, it’s my passion to tell the world about the county of Suffolk. Supporting Suffolk businesses and shopping local is very much at the heart of what I do, and you’ll often find me pottering around indie shops at the weekend.
I originally started the blog when I was at University in Southampton studying journalism. When I met new people and told them where I was from, not many people knew where Suffolk was, or anything about it! During my course we had to create a niche blog for one of our modules and so my idea for See Suffolk was born.
Since then the blog has developed over the years to include posts about what I get up to in Suffolk and the people and businesses I meet. My aim for the blog is to boost the profile of the county, encourage tourism and promote local businesses.

I create collaborative Instagram and Blog Posts with businesses – for example, interviewing owners, video tours of places, reviews of products and experiences. See Suffolk creates original, organic and collaborative content to engage our audience and make it interesting for them.

In December 2020 we launched our limited edition magazine. We published 4 editions, Winter 20/21, Summer 21, Autumn 21 and Winter 21/22. The magazines were a luxury, coffee table guide to Suffolk for the season made with high quality, sustainable paper.
