Tilly’s is the place for tasty treats!

There’s nothing like catching up with friends over brunch, and when a friend of mine returned to Suffolk after studying in France, there was only one place to meet.

I had a delicious teacake served with butter and strawberry jam, while my friend enjoyed a traditional cream tea. We chatted away whilst both delighting in a cup of loose-leaf tea poured from an art deco inspired teapot.

Our friendly server was dressed to the nines in an outfit straight out of Downton Abbey, and the tearoom’s décor took us back to the decade of Gatsby glam. Complete with a relaxed atmosphere, Tilly’s of Halesworth will have you staying much longer than you anticipated.

See Suffolk highly recommends Tilly’s of Halesworth, and we can’t wait to go back for afternoon tea taken on the terrace when the weather turns warmer!
